The Role
Working closely with our Business Development Consultants, you'll take ownership of the delivery side of recruitment assignments from initial briefing through to successful placement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing recruitment processes from brief to placement
- Sourcing, assessing and shortlisting high-quality finance professionals
- Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls
- Managing candidate pipelines and talent pools
- Coordinating interviews and feedback processes
- Providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking and candidate insights
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Producing assignment progress reports and updates
- Continuously improving recruitment delivery processes and candidate experience
What We're Looking For
We're interested in speaking with recruiters who have:
- Recruitment experience within finance, professional services or a specialist market
- A strong track record in candidate delivery and relationship management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
- A consultative and collaborative approach
